Goth and real life-Not always bad

When I first became interested in Goth, I figured that as a goth you'd almost constantly get people shouting abuse at you and things. Even though that was only like a month ago, I look back at myself and laugh. Madly. Mad laugh. It also sounds slightly evil, though I'm not sure why.

Anyway, where was I? Oh yes. Since I've started to wear Gothic clothes and started my flicky eye make up (the makeup is the most important as that is what I wear in school) I've had it critisised once (by my younger brother, so I don't really
think that counts) and had more compliments than I've ever had before on my makeup. The other day my best friend (who's friendly relationship basicly consists of both of us saying that the other 'looks crazy today' and basicly never giving compliments) said that if I kept the eyemake on, grew my hair and changed (I was in my school uniform at the time) I could almost look really nice! That's a big compliment from her. So, far from Goth getting me discriminated against, so far it's done the oposite :D. I know that life won't always be a rock-free road, but I also know that I'll always look back on my first month as a Goth with happiness.

I love Alpaca's! There cool!

I get what you mean. The only person who has ever been rude to my face is my sister and her friends, and they don't count. They're your typical siblings and Better Than You Preps.
